TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 7-DAY CAPPADOCIA ESCAPE

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your booking. By paying your deposit, you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Booking, Investment, and Payment Schedule

• Total Trip Cost: The total cost for the 6-night, 7-day tour is £1,799 per person.

• Initial Deposit: To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of £250 must be paid online via our website checkout.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance of £1,550 must be paid via secure Bank Transfer (BACS) to our designated bank account on or before 15th September 2026.

• Late Payments: If the final balance is not received by 15th September 2026, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain your deposit, and reallocate your spot to our waiting list.

2. Strict Deposit Non-Refundability

The initial £250 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable from the exact moment of payment. These funds are immediately committed to our overseas Turkish partners to secure group room rates at our boutique cave hotel,  airport shuttles, and trip activites.

3. Cancellation Schedule for Remaining Balances

If you need to cancel your trip after paying the final balance, you must notify us in writing via email. The following refund schedule applies based on the date your written notice is received:

• Cancellation on or before 15th September 2026: You will receive a full refund of the £1,550 balance (the £250 deposit remains non-refundable).

• Cancellation between 16th September and 1st October 2026: You will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance (£775 returned; the £250 deposit remains non-refundable).

• Cancellation after 1st October 2026: No refunds can be issued under any circumstances due to strict operational block-booking terms with our international suppliers.

4. Mandatory Travel Insurance

It is a strict condition of booking this expedition that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying their deposit. Your policy must explicitly cover personal injury, emergency medical expenses, medical repatriation, baggage loss, and trip cancellation due to unforeseen personal illness or life events. We accept no liability for expenses or losses incurred due to a lack of adequate insurance coverage.

5. Hot Air Balloon Flight & Weather Guarantee

• Operations: Our scheduled hot air balloon flight is operated independently by a third-party supplier.

• Safety Regulations: Balloon flights are strictly subject to weather conditions and are regulated daily by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority for traveler safety.

• Cancellations: If the supplier cancels flights due to high winds or safety hazards at any point during our 7-day itinerary, you will be issued a refund for the activity cost or offered an alternative activity (of equivalent value).

• Voluntary Non-Participation: No refund or discount will be given if a flight goes ahead but a traveler chooses not to fly due to personal preference, fear, or illness.

6. Flights and International Documentation

• Flights: International and domestic flights to and from Cappadocia are not included in the £1,799 package. Travelers are entirely responsible for booking their own flights to align with our Day 1 arrival and Day 7 departure windows.

• Passports: Your passport must be valid for at least 150 days (approx. 5 months) from our exact date of arrival in Turkey.

• Visas: Travelers are entirely responsible for tracking and securing their own Turkish e-Visas (if required by their nationality) prior to departure. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry into the country.

7. Changes to the Itinerary

While we make every effort to deliver the 7-day itinerary exactly as advertised, we reserve the right to amend hotels, activites or activity timings due to local weather events, safety considerations, or unexpected operational changes by third-party suppliers. Any adjustments will always be substituted with an experience of equal or greater value.

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as an independent coordinator booking services through licensed local operators in Turkey. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, flight delays, loss of baggage, or expense resulting from acts of God, force majeure, political instability, or the default/negligence of external service providers.
