Dalia began her career in clinical research in 2010, after studying biomedical science and pharmacology at King’s College London. She has since worked in trial management at Parexel, Quintiles, The Institute of Cancer Research London, Amgen and Allergan. Dalia joined Janssen in 2016 and is a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in haematology oncology. She recently completed her master’s degree in Clinical Trials at The University of Edinburgh.
Cancer Journey

Dalia was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022. After completing a full spectrum of active treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, she remains on preventative treatments and entered a clinical trial in 2023, at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre.
Passions
Dalia is passionate about furthering research, patient advocacy, informed consent and increasing awareness of breast cancer in younger people. She has worked with various charities and brands over the last two years on breast cancer campaigns, including Breast Cancer Now, Coppafeel! and Penny Brohn UK, and has been featured in media outlets, including the BBC, The Mail Online and HELLO magazine, for her advocacy work.
